Weekends are never rest days. As usual, it was a packed, tiring weekend. Running errands, shopping, attending a cousin's engagement (which was more like a wedding), on Saturday. And being too tired to watch beyond the first half of Man U's match against West Brom. By the time i woke up from the couch, it was all over. At least Man U won 2-1. BUT, RVN didnt play..sigh.
Sunday was shopping in the daytime. Caught Narnia in the late afternoon while the kids were asleep. It was a so-so movie. Something better could have been achieved under a better director perhaps. The ending was boring. It was off to a charity dinner at night. Watched the Fulham vs Chelsea match. It was entertaining. But the result was right. Fulham deserved to win.
Someone in the property industry commented that the public should snap up houses now as prices will increase next year by at least 10% (or something to that effect). Fuel price increase being the cause.
Hello hello! There is a glut of units in the southern johor region. It is so obvious to many. Developers are giving away goodies and rebates to entice people to buy. From what little i have gathered, most developers seem to have many unsold completed units. With all the sweeteners, its no wonder the secondary market is still quiet. Prices are falling. The auction market isnt faring better. Strata properties are going cheap, very cheap. Landed properties arent so bad but are fetching lower prices .
On fuel, damn. It costs something close to RM100 to fill the tank now. Little D was having a cough this morning. Hope she gets over it soon. Never easy when kids are sick. As for me, am still feeling groggy. 3 hours sleep was definitely insufficient. Time to clear work.

MU has more or less secured 2nd spot. There's nothing to play for.
