Its the 28th of April 2005. One third of the year is almost over. How time flies. Its time to submit tax forms, and ive only a day to do it. Damn. Procastinate again. Serves me right :)

April is also the time of Dhivijah's birthday. Her 4th birthday fell on 6th of April. A bittersweet day. For days she had been asking about it. When will be her happy birthday day she would ask. The day came, and passed by. Tradition has it that we're not to celebrate anything for a year. So she misses one party. She was wondering why there was no cakes and blowing of candles. We tried our best to distract her and got her new clothes and toys. Naturally, Kirtisha got the same too!

We had the directors meeting last week. 2004 was a good year for all. We declared further bonuses for staff. And now we worry about 2005. :)

Tempted to write perceptions on the market, but that would mean i will be typing for many paragraphs. And i dont have that much of time left for the night.

The MOM group just got together two weeks ago. It was hillarious. What started out as a 16 or 17 member group of different backgrounds, guys and ladies, has now evolved into a smaller bunch of 12 people. The occasion of the meetup was to celebrate and to honour one of us. He had reached the pinacle of his career perhaps, heading the Malaysian professional body of his profession.

And the gift we got him? Nothing ordinary. Something out of this world. We had hoped for an inflateable doll, but only managed to get an inflateable cow. We named her Cathy..LOL.

Subsequent to the meetup, everyone has been roped back into the email list, and now there is much activity online. Many are communicating via emails now, including a few who had migrated to KL in the past few years. Theres even talk of organising get-togethers at KL! Now, i must find that list of do's and dont's of the group. Theres even a long list of rules to obey. Its somewhere in the office. Need to find it.
